Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the studio so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellations
We Require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment. To hold a reservation, you MUST provide a valid credit card. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Should you not arrive for your scheduled reservation, or cancel within the 24 hour period prior to your reservation, you will be charged 50% of the service price for spa or salon.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are always available for purchase at the studio and are perfect for all occasions including birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and even as a great way to reward employees or say ‘thank you’ to your business clients for their patronage.
Child Safety Policy
We want to thank you for choosing The Studio for all of your hair, nail, and skin care needs.
We care deeply for you and your family and because of that; the safety of your children is our top priority.
Due to a recent incident, we are implementing a child safety policy.
No children are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. This includes, but isn’t limited to, children who receive a service that is of a shorter processing time than their parent and babes in arms.
We consider a child anybody under the age of 10. We realize this may cause scheduling challenges and for that we do apologize.
We care for the safety of your children and to maintain the exceptional service standards we hold ourselves too, this policy is effective immediately.
