Giacosa Cut-a-thon
We are so blessed to partner with The Giacosa Foundation, a children’s foster home group in Hutto. We offer area foster homes fresh new haircuts and manicures for back-to-school preparations. Our amazing salon guests donate school supplies, Creative Touch donates bags filled with sweets, and the Hutto chapter of The Knights of Columbus donate gift cards for a new pairs of shoes. As a group we are able to give each foster child a fresh start for the coming school year. These children range in age from 1 year to seniors in high school.
Pink Out Pep-rally
This is such a fun event! We attend the Hutto High School “Pink Out” pep rally, and our team provides speed cutting of long ponytails for some brave students. Their hair is then donated to Wig for Kids. Each year we can have more than 10 donations done in five minutes. Incredible!!
Hutto Olde Tyme Days Pageant
We are the corporate sponsors for this local beauty pageant. We offer our services to the winner of the pageant to make sure she is ready to walk the runway or ride majestically in area parades.
We also donate gift baskets for Hutto Independent School District fundraisers, as well as to the Hutto Chamber of Commerce, local sports, churches and civic groups.
