Every stylist at The Studio works on a performance-based level system. The level each stylist is assigned is determined by the demand on their studio time and is in place to accomplish two main goals. The first goal is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for the guests’ various needs. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their beauty budget. The stylist’s level of competency or creativity does not necessarily correlate to the years of experience he or she has. The training our team receives is consistent, innovative, and in-depth. This training starts from the moment they are hired and continues throughout their entire career with us. At The Studio, our stylists achieve promotions based on guest satisfaction and retention, performance, and education.
